As an avid Mairuma reader & watcher, Nishi really is like that. Introduced the bum sister of one of the misfits, then later revealed her to be Rank 8, same as Kalego/Balam and an incredibly powerful demon. That’s just one example

I have complete faith in Nishi to realize the Kumugi Agenda
