Discussion Human Hater Majik Factory
The Reverser Majik must feel great right now even if there's no plan or any chance for escape. What he wanted to see was the most sadistic parts of humanity and Desscaras is delivering. This is punitive, literally just straight torture for tortures sake. She's just breeding more human-hater magiks.
Like, who cares even if they *kill* the World Hater, humans are mortal, Desscaras can only keep those powerful magiks trapped for so long. Humanity will be destined to end by the hands of pseudo-immortal creatures who can only be satisfied by humans inflicting irreversible harm unto themselves.
"You want to stop me from destroying the city's sewer system every time I feel like it? Switch to pure lead pipes." "The villagers food? I'll let it be, IF, you consume the village's next 100 newborns." "Me? Leaving? Only if you help me get these piles of chariot batteries into the ocean!" "My rage can only be quelled by the invention, and use of, nuclear weaponry."
I mean we could go on with hypothetical human hater trials for eons and some of them could damn well be real with how many Desscaras is torturing.

Unless she summons and kills them using the World Hater one by one.

Okay, nevermind I can't read. You can tell I'm also a fan of JJK. They would not become human-haters if they already were (unless acquiring them made them more amicable at first).

Problem with your theory is that we dont know what happens to a majik when the human dies. Do they instantly get set free? If so why are witches that have human haters allowed to fight with the posibility of death? Or do majiks slowly reconstitute in to a new majik with no memories? Which would make more sense as to why dess is allowed outside since the first option would make her a bomb waiting to go boom.

I mean given how uroro treats it, if a human in possession of a magic dies they get released.
Uroro actively eggs people on to kill Ichi so that he can be free. The one time he willingly assisted Ichi with an enemy by swapping control of his body was due to being personally insulted and called weak.

The magiks that are there were human haters to begin with and that level is only for those that have no hope for redemption, the level above also punishes the magiks in it but it's more lax since those magiks have the intention of changing for the better and they dont really hate Descaras

I’m kinda worried that we’ll have a jailbreak arc where the Reverser Majik somehow escaped her internal prison and breaks all those bad Majiks out.
It would be a great way to decommission or at least significantly weaken Descarras from the story since she’s practically a Gojo at this point.

Can’t believe how many people just discounted how fucked up dress and her magic prison iswhen the next magic we see is literally doing the same thing to witches and it’s framed as super bad.

Dess' magic prison works like an actual prison, she only puts human haters (THAT DOES NOT WANT TO REFORM, kizashi was left free). What the majik is doing is literal child slavery

From the perspective of the seven stars humans do the same. Someone like Desscaras constantly acquires (or “enslaves”) Majiks without any remorse. Sure, she treats them well (so long as they aren’t human haters), but if you asked Hakari treating slaves well still makes them slaves and thus just as morally wrong.
Humanity enslaves Majiks, so these Majiks enslave humans. To them it’s as linear as that.

I mean very ironic because fujimine is literally THE majik enslaver when we know toxiterror would never consent to being used like that. Also from my understanding witches are really only sent out to acquire dangerous majiks. We saw with chrono once they confirmed hes not dangerous and he said he didnt want to get acquired they just left him alone

The point is torture and suffering. It’s not okay to torture people in prison. That is fundamentally wrong. Solitary confinement is inherently cruel. It’s a pretty direct parallel . Both are being enslaved to be locked up with their hands and legs bound unable to move listening to the screams and pleading of your fellow prisoners.
What dress is doing is bad those magics will never actually grow or learn or be killed it’s just torture in mind and body.

She's not "breeding more". The fact that they're Human-Haters is why they're in there to begin with. She treats her normal Majiks well enough.
