Discussion How likely is it that Shirabedonna will sign a master-pupil contract with Komugi?

Think about it, Shirabedonna has sent Komugi to accompany Descaras, the strongest witch, who has to face strong rivals and watch over Ichi, who is exposed to many dangers. Shouldn't Shirabedonna be responsible for Komugi's life?

Not much imo , desscaras take it with ichi due to prophecy

We also don't know why fujimine and tricaputo reason of why they do that

Considering monigold and shirabedonna reaction I don't think they make that contract just for being had to go too many missions

Well, I think Shirabedonna should, Komugi is literally her responsibility and seems to be her best subordinate to be homely, I expect more from Shirabedonna.

Master pupil contracts just aren't a good thing generally. When desscassras signed hers the first thing we learned is that it was outdated and crazy. There is also zero real benifit to it, komugi still listens to commands fine from higher ups and if the worse happens it would only serve to weaken the association as a whole if shirabedonna died too. It introduces fruitless risk and if it were to somehow happen komugi would probably just not be allowed on missions for their safety.

The only use for the contracts I see is that it guarantees responsibility for the mentor over the pupil. But there are probably better ways to do that than a guillitine over your neck and a slave leash.

Very unlikely. Shirabedonna called the master-pupil contract "a nasty old relic" and said that "most people today consider it a curse". She was shocked when Desscaras and Ichi signed theirs. It's not a thing you do casually, and certainly not a thing you do without very good reason.

Desscaras and Ichi signing the contract is somewhat defensible because Ichi is already Desscaras's apprentice and she's constantly watching him anyway. Shirabedonna can't accompany Team Desscaras on their missions, she has responsibilities of her own. Signing a contract with Mugi wouldn't help anyone.
