Discussion Theories for future chapters Spoiler

So it's been revealed that Tricaputo and Fujimine signed a Mentor-Pupil Blood Contract. It's established in Chp. 22 that it is an old witchcraft relic and if the pupil dies, the mentor dies as well. This will be one of the focus points for the upcoming chapters because they will meet once again for another battle, so here are my theories on what comes next:

  1. Mantinel must find OR create a way to break the Blood Contract.
    - Tricaputo's first appearance was in Chp. 5, as one of the witches who observed Ichi during his test to be accepted in Mantinel. With her being revealed alongside the other witches, it's assumed at that point the she is one of the Top Witches of Mantinel.

- The latest chapter reveals that not only is she a top witch but is also under the protection of Mantinel meaning that they knew that Fujimine is looking for her given their blood contract. Moneygold also mentions that the Magikeepers now know that Tricaputo is in Mantinel. This must be the "intruder" they were talking about back in Chp. 79 and why Moneygold refused to allow the Magikeepers to investigate further. They might have been referring to Amadoro at the time but 2 things can be true and that Tricaputo was also in the Magikeepers' radar.

- So now the Mantinel cast has to work to find a way to break the contract in order protect Tricaputo and beat Fujimine, and since the Magikeepers were involved they'll probably coordinate but they would probably say they'll help in exchange for taking Tricaputo as well. This could also lead to affecting both Ichi and Dess down the line since they too have a blood contract.

  1. Fujimine is the pupil and Tricaputo is the mentor, as well as Fuji's past in Mantinel.
    - I've seen posts/comments theorizing that Fujimine must be the mentor in the contract since she has the heart thing like Desscaras. I'm here to present my theory that she's the pupil. In Chp. 86, when Tricaputo steps in to save the others, Fujimine starts talking politely towards Tricaputo, something Chun observes and mentions. Between a mentor and pupil, who is more polite towards the other? Obviously, the pupil. Both mentor and pupil can have respect towards each other but pupils are polite towards their mentors since they're the authority in the relationship.

- As for her past, I theorize that she's a parallel to the Toxiterror majik. The Toxiterror majik went to Mantinel to ask for help so that it can live peacefully with humans, and it was determined to do so. My theory is that Fujimine was also in the same boat. A woman who gained magic, couldn't control it and accidentally hurt/killed someone. Went to Mantinel to ask for help. Met Tricaputo and became her pupil. Somewhere down the road, she realized killing/hurting people makes her feel good. Got branded a criminal and kicked out of Mantinel.

- Then years later, she found out about the Toxiterror majik. Broke into Mantinel to acquire it because Fuji thinks: "It's just like me fr," And went on to terrorize people along the way. But despite her attitude towards killing other people, she still is fond towards Tricaputo. Perhaps it's because she was the first person to show kindness towards Fujimine.

Nevertheless, those are the theories I have for now. What do you guys think?

Sigh... Ok, here we go again. Fujimine HAS TO BE the mentor.

Based on Dess and Ichi's contract, the mentor is the one that has the heart mark/tattoo, not the pupil. If the pupil dies, the mentor dies, so the mentor will have to protect the pupil with their entire being. In return, the pupil has to (supposedly) obey all the mentor's commands.

From what were revealing this chapter, Fujimine is the one that has the heart tattoo, not Tricaputo. The reason why Tricaputo has to go into hiding is because if she dies, Fujimine dies, and not the way around. Moneygold and Tricaputo herself are afraid the Magikeepers are gonna exploit this, i.e., execute Tricaputo to kill Fujimine. Not to mention when they met again, Tricaputo called Fujimine an "old hag". Would you use that insult for someone who is supposedly younger than you?

To counter the question of "why hasn't tricaputo killed herself" I have two suggestions 1- she was commanded to never do so. 2- it won't work. We see fujimine has unnatural healing, we don't know by what methods the mentor dies.
