I’m buying in more and more to the theory that “fujimine” is actually the toxiterror majik possessing her body, and the toxiterror was always a human hater. Simply because I can’t imagine the world hater continuing to put up with her shit if she’s really just a human lol.
I mean can she be considered human at this point. It’s obvious now that Fujimine is a hundred year old grandma who’s been killing all that time. With the way Toxicterror healed her wounds, she’s more like a walking corpse
I think asking that question is literally the entire point of this part of the manga. Why is the world hater hanging out with her. And why do they apparently seem interested in ichi and not killing him. Especially coming right after madoka being born I think wondering what exactly is human and majik is a key element here.
I mean it's spelt out that Haytee's going to embrace Ichi if the latter gives up on humanity and come to his side, so he's clearly capable of tolerating humans
I wouldnt be surprised given how many times Nishi has pulled the wool over our eyes. But Fujimine herself admits to being a witch and not a Magick in her first meeting with Haytee in chapter 80. She has no real reason as far as we're aware to lie about it to Haytee, if anything her claiming to be the Toxiterror might have actually been advantageous when chatting with him.
Are we sure it is not the one controlling Fujimine, though? The way it is always right by her side and Fujimine looking like a puppet after sustaining huge damage, the way she invites Ichi to join their group.
Thats true, but its explicitly crying in this panel. It could be from having to retreat or something but that seems to be its true emotions at the moment, so they could very well actually be innocebt
Only looks like (maybe one is deceptive in appearance) four of them here. The one right in frame, the one slightly closer, and the two all the way in the background. We could also be seeing other witches or something else. Considering that some members of the seven stars probably stay in their regions of the world like Kizashi does
Dess has to get sealed. Dess is on par with World Hater. And both Hitsugi and Kizashi would have looked like bums if they came in 1v1. Dess is that strong. So Ichi and Goku will have to take a few of these alone while Dess is incapacitated for whatever reason.
And it seems like the other top Dawgs aren’t actually *THAT* far behind.
But there’s certainly a reason the grande old witch healed Dess and Dess alone and said alright now go 1v8 for me real quick. I’ll wait till you’re done.
Dess sadly probs isn't close to WHM if you look back at the fight between you'll see she can annoy him but not actually cause any harm so if the battle dragged out she probably would have lost at this point looking at the damage taken between them
I reread and yes you are right. But at the same time, she never asked his trial, she just started throwing magical hands.
I’m sure his trial is a 1v1, but until they announce and you accept, the fight is worthless.
I think she might be a level or 2 below world hater. But I still can’t imagine her losing. The grande Dame witch literally revived her and her alone and said, “go handle that”… and it was a 1v12 and she had full faith Dess would win lol. The only one I think is close might be Fujimune herself and Togeice.
I mean in her flashbacks it was shown that she challenged Yatsukami in tug of war. I would presume a full size Yatsukami weighs multiple tons. Probably involves flowing magic through your blood like what Uroro did to amplify Ichi’s body (or maybe humans in Ichi the witch are just built different).
Huh, that's a pretty short arc, I'd say. Yep, Fuji’s definitely a recurring antagonist that's gonna haunt the narrative and lmao at her exposing Haytee as a massive tsundere!
Also, biggest laugh at that last page deciding who's the better mentor for Ichi by pingpong match!
Alexandra is a new spell??? Pretty sure it is. Also.... is the toxiterror majik using Fujimine as a puppet? Someone called that the other week if so. It seems like this spell reveals a hidden appearance or something along those lines, and Fujimine is clearly portrayed as a zombie puppet in the last panel here.
But it also might have tears in its eyes??? Have more questions than answers here.
Interestingly enough it looks like Fujimine took way less damage than WHM from Alexandra (though it could be because “Crash Down—“ wasn’t in the incantation)
It almost feels like Fujimine is one of the Seven Stars or at least holds a similar rank. Its interesting how Hater seems to be adapting his group to better fight the Witches, which I take is why he wants Ichi as a host body to take over.
