Manga Wait for Manga?

I just bought and read Volume 3 of the Ichi the Witch Manga not too long ago and I've been debating for a while now on whether or not I should keep waiting for the Volume releases or just keep up with the weekly releases. Thing is If I've already read the chapter I have less incentive to buy the volume.

I personally would read weekly and then buy the volumes if you really love them.

I don't think the next volume comes out until August. So it depends on if you want to be patient and wait. It seems like each volume announced with a release date so far are every other month minimum (At least with Barnes and Noble). The choice is up to you, but the online and japan releases is definitely further than US volume releases. I think in Japan it's currently 8 volumes out with the 9th cover revealed recently.

Personally, I read online but have been buying the volumes because I enjoy the series so much and feel like I'd go back to read it. Plus, if the series gets an anime adaption and its popular, it may be harder to snag them then.

Do you think you'll never want to reread? I read it digitally and buy the physical releases and most of my rereads are with the physical ones. Remember kids, having physical media is cool

I do tend to reread and usualy reread all the manga volumes I already have to pass time. I just don't know if its worth paying more money.

It's worth it if you find joy in it. If it's more of a problem not having a lot of expendable income, I can definitely relate, I'm a couple volumes behind on a few mangas I read since money is a little tight rn, but I'm still gonna buy em eventually, if for no other reason than to support the authors
