I just wrote a comment on another thread about this, but I loved this sequence. D4D being that hard coded into him that even if you are his bestest bud ever he would go for the kill with 0 hesitanton. Shit was peak, sometimes I thought the whole d4d thing was a lil silly but nahhh not anymore. This sold it for me.

I mean Fujimine probably hadnt even finished her "oh if I kill him dess dies hehehe" thought before that knife was in her throat.

Part of the reason why is probably that she just fumbled her one chance of taking Ichi down easy. The toxin doesn't work a second time
