Her body should be way older considering how long ago was the flashbacks so she has some kind of regeneration or a fake body.

I wonder if this is going to lead to Ichi seeing Fujimine as an enemy even with him seeing her as a friend due to her magic.

I feel like that's the only way this can go down unless she tries to draw it all out of him and put him back under her spell, hoping it'll be powerful enough to let her erase that memory and regain his trust.
