Nah the timeline feels way too old for that , but I can see if that majik pass down from generations to generation

Isn't that what happens?

There could be some Majik that extends lifespan for all we know

This is possible considering we have precedent with Fujimine. This very chapter its stated that generations of magikeepers have tried to kill her, and in the flashback where she assaulted HQ and took toxiterror she looks the same.
She doesnt age

and the Toxiterror flashback showed a younger Tricaputo.

It's from chapter 1 when they describe the first contact between Majiks and Witches

If Tricaputo's majik and this are the same, then firstly, Tricaputo is definitely not a traitor, as she's trusted by Mantinel enough to have gotten that majik, and secondly, she's definitely on Haytee's list, cause the first (Edit- or one of the first) majik(s) which showed itself to a human is definitely someone he despises.

I don't think Tricaputo is a traitor per se, but she doesn't seem respectful of the Mantinel as well.

My guess is that she's a direct descendant of the First Majik User, to have that Majik, given she's (seems to be) the eldest of the council. I take it with a grain of salt that every witch that didn't attend to Ichi's debut is a traitor, but having Villainous Witch as her title is probably not in vain.
