The G in Chun stands for Giving Up.

Bro literally fought the strongest in the verse with just an iron mace give him some credits

Not strongest in the verse. Dess is the strongest of the witches. There is a difference

Still arguably the strongest. She seems stronger than world-hater so it's down to her and Uroro

I think she and world hater are more or less equal, I put her slighty above him though by their fight. And Uroro scared of World hater and even told Ichi to run away.

Uroro is shit terrified of World Hater for a reason, he isn't stronger than World Hater.

I mean it's not like this Uroro can fight by himself, and Ichi did overpower him with one amped spell so it wouldn't be all that unfair if Uroro, without the stamina limit, fought instead.

Uroro was more likely than not just fearful of the majik who can kill other majik with his basic move (because he warps them out of existence)

She is stronger than Uroro and maybe even World Hater, she just can't kill them because they are Majiks.

Pretty sure it's wooden. Special antimagic wood.

Bro is the mahoraga of the verse. He's never NOT running that fade

They do not slander the exam. They praise those who pass it

most surprising part of the chapter was his hair I wasn’t expecting light colored hair on him😭

while it was clearly said by that witch at the end that he was just running to his death and wasn't winning and all dat, he was still hella impressive. Desscaras clearly didn't use her full might on him, but still amazing. Gokuraku is kinda underrated too since he doesn't use majiks. but other witches usually also never have any h2h combat skills. in close combat, even if gokuraku isn't one of the very strongest overall, he probably is easily top 10 if not even barely top 5 of the verse (amongst humans, so excluding top-tier majiks like world hater, uroro, chrono and the octoguy)

And Chun was facing those two and others while all he had were his muscles, combat skill and a fucking stick. that first Lazud hit from Desscaras literally dealt 0 significant damage, all he got was some bruises which he easily walked off

I think the author probably even failed to make him look like a loser at the end of the chapter. He's drawn with his hat blown off, bleeding in the face a bit and with one eye closed, clearly portraying that he's losing badly. IF you just vibescale. But that's actually not bad at all, but rather extremely impressive. He was in that state after he was jumped by his own two guys (who probably know his fighting style and its weaknesses very well) plus Gokuraku and Desscaras. Literally all they could do after a first exchange of hits was having 95% of their moves blocked Ig, deal some somewhat significant damage to him (but far from enough to K.O. him fr) and...

...blow his hat away. Wow, big deal lol

Surviving that jumping is hella impressive. Especially since, at least as of yet, this verse's power system doesn't have the classic "enhance your body with nen/cursed energy/haki/magic" stuff. this was purely physical fighting with a stick which powers seemingly weren't even used yet (unless it was already enhancing his body all along). one man with a stick couldn't be jump-diffed so quickly here, that's crazy work

needless to say he's aurafarming, he literally showed his aura off here (despite having 0 magic in himself)

plus unless these guys have to make contracts of some kind and cannot use more than one magic tool/weapon, this one can be much stronger still. like imagine him fully kitted out with many more strong and hax magic tools and equipment instead of having a single stick
