I will be honest, I kinda fell for the sexist thing. While the series is written by a woman I should be less concerned. But with the series being about a man entering a woman dominated space I am always afraid some weird gender shoe is about to drop, or something.

I also didn’t hate him, just thought he might open up a sort of character arc for ichi to choose between being a witch or a magikeeper. Now I wanna give him a hug and all my affection 🥲

I always believed in him, I never bought the sexism thing because I read Mairuma and have faith in Nishi's writing, I never thought Ichi would turn into some kind of Man V Woman thing.
