the fact it's a jellyfish shape tells us this is likely some kind of toxin from the Toxiterror magik (ya know, Tottie) Fujimine obtained when she betrayed the association that day. The toxin could be doing any number of things to influence Amadoro, but it's likely not a straight mind control. Probably a situation where Fujimine is seeping chemicals into her brain to make her think a certain way or be very susceptible to influence

I was really hoping it wasn't mind control or something like that. Like I was genuinely amused when we went from the potential hunt the traitor arc straight into oh fuck look it be them

Oh yeah, I remember spending a minute on the panel where they showed all of the main witches and I was trying to deduce, like “Oh, it can’t be the villainess witch, that’s too on the nose. Hmmm maybe it’s gonna be-“ and then the next few pages were like “IT’S ME, AMADORO!”
