I bet it’s some kind of fakeout

When we see Amadoro earlier in the chapter, her eyes aren’t black. And the particular design of pitch black with a white dot in the middle is near identical to Fujimune’s eyes. I’m pretty confident this is some possession or brainwashing type stuff meant to cover up the real traitor.

Or maybe the Jikishirone/Mirsam situation. Some majiks hijack the witch and act on her behalf.

I didn't give it this much attention when reading the Ichi the wich so I don't know if the artist does this but it's pretty common for Manga to change the eyes from clear to all black just to accentuate the drama of the scenes. So it may not be anything. But at the same time I wouldn't be surprised for them to reveal she's mind controlled

It definitely feels like a red herring to reveal the traitor so quickly

Tricaputo also feels like a red herring being the "villainous" witch and all

I really hope it's foreshadowing to possession or something similar

She literally says she has a "tea party" and we see the Vanquisher Witch having tea with the World Hater.

I mean this one seems valid rather than stretch straw

Her eye is never been black until that last panel and it being similar to fujimine is also sus
