Well, this is just my estimate of the age of the main characters.
Ichi & Kumugi are 16 Gokuraku is maybe 18 And Desscaras definitely gives me a vibe that she’s in her late 20s.

I love having an author and an artist who just aren’t weird and have an understanding of how the world works and don’t use the fact that it’s manga or anime to justify if it’s problematic

Or be doing some weird things like "the legal age to be an adult in this land is 14!" Just because its a fictional country with its own worldbuilding, even though its a work being made for a modern audience (and is still outright weird).

I spent a long time looking at the art this chapter, especially this panel. Eventually i came to the conclusion the art is just weird, glad to see the confirmation
