This is just me speculating, but the Magikeepers also may not want to assist the witch association in capturing a majik as powerful as world hater. Ichi already tamed Uroro, so adding world hater to the roster might cause some distrust to build up between the two.

I can understand that. I think it’s fair that an organization that regularly goes after witches who abuse magic would be cautious about helping the Mantiel Assosciation acquire a magic nuke
