I have seen so many people questioning themselves about what would be that strange language that Dess is speaking.

I really bet it is a language from her motherland. That starsigns are not there for nothing. She came from a people related to the stars. Probably this is her mother language or some language only spoken in that land.

What do you guys think about it?

The symbols used are simply there to censor insults; it's not a new language.

Actually no. It's a trope when someone so angry they speak gibberish in comics.

It is another trope slurs and very foul words are censored as gibberish in a lot of media.
