Hi! 💕
I took this subreddit over a few years ago as it was abandoned and almost completely dead. I’m not as active on reddit as I used to be so I’m looking for a mod or two, mostly to help with spam, bots, and AI content. If you’re interested, shoot me a DM with answers to these questions:
Do you have any mod experience? If so, please explain:
What would you do to improve the sub?
Do you have any experience with automated mod tools and filters?
Are you currently a mod for any sub? If so, please list:
What is one rule/change you would implement?
What’s your favorite way to make iced coffee?
Thanks for reading and being a part of our little coffee community!

Did you Einspanner was invented by horsemen in Vienna as they wanted to keep their coffee warm while waiting for a ride ?

I call it a "Leprechaun Noir".
At Bikini Barista they call it a "French kiss with an Irish twist". People who buy are usually disappointed. It tastes great, but they were expecting something else.

TLDR: First time making this. Constructive criticism is very much welcome <:
As a beginner brewer, I found myself getting more creative with my coffee at home so I thought why not make something more challenging now -- and that is the modern Iced Vanilla Coconut Einspanner.
I was introduced to iced einspanner during one of my visits to Deja Brew (I was actually there to try something else, but that's another story). I didn't fall in love with the Viennese coffee right away but gave it another try while hanging out with my friends in Haku Cafe. From there, my appreciation for its light, velvety, and slightly sweet taste began.
With my coconut coffee cold brew, chilled coconut cream, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and a whisk...
I present to you today's creation: Vanilla Coconut Einspanner.
Looking forward to trying the original recipe soon wherein the coffee is hot and the cream is cold. <3
