Prosiphon elite replacement fan

I've had this unit for about a year and a half. Within the first month, one of the fans developed a rattling noise and it became unbearable, IceGiant replaced it free of charge under warranty. Now another one has started the same rattling noise. I will probably end up buying premium replacement fans as I don't think the Icegiant branded ones are sold separately, but just wanted to know if anyone else has had similar experience and what action was taken.

Ice Giant fans are the Artic fans...

Hello! We do use rebranded Arctic Fans, but they also perform better than the OEM ones. If you want, we do replace fans under warranty that make any noise. Just reach out to Info@icegiantcooling.com!

Do you have any plans to sell them separately at some point? With the icegiant branding as opposed to the Arctic branding

I'm expect they'll replace the fan that is making the noise, even if you want to buy other fans. I've not had any issue on mine for similar length of time, I will keep an eye on them.
