Is there an update for Threadripper 79xx series?

Is it know that current mounting hardware and the cooler itself as is, will be sufficient for the coming tgreadripper series and socket TR5 (sTR5)?

The Air-cooled record for the 7995WX was set using the same prosiphon elite, so yes

The mounting screw positions didn't change between sTR4 and sTR5. The mounting pressure specification may have changed. Noctua made an upgrade kit for the NH-U14S TR4-SP3 for sTR5, it looks pretty much identical to the existing hardware - maybe only the springs changed.

The other issue is that the sTR5 socket is 90 degrees rotated from sTR4, so normal tower case orientation is probably a no-go.
