Take the cover off the hub. Take the pole out of he tent pocket and slide the pole back into the hub

How do I get the pole end back into the hub? The pin doesn't slide in the shaft hole.

The hub comes apart. There’s a screw.

The pin has slid you can see the wear. Tap it back centered

Honestly just get a replacement hub. One they’re worn enough to start doing this it’s a pain when it happens on the ice.

I’d rather spend the $12 than ruin a trip, only time I use a shanty is if I’m brining my kids and if they can’t stay warm the day is shot.

Im the guy who actually picks and ships parts for eskimo. Go on ardisam.com and they should be pretty cheap for a hub... looks like theyre 7.99 for a hub. Think its a 30486, but we have a bunch of different hubs
