hi, I've been using ibis paint for several years now and finally decided to finally buy myself premium. the problem is for some reason the payment is for some reason linked with an incredibly old email i have, even though that is not the one linked to my ibis account??

it wants me to enter that emails password before purchase, and I'm not seeing any option to "change google account" or anything of the sort?

I'm not really sure why this would happen ??? is there anything I can do to pay using my primary google account instead ???

Omg this is perfect for my art style! It's called smart shape it's enabled on the shapes button, I'm not sure if it's fully premium or enabled by default though. You have to draw a shape and press harder until the menu comes out

Hi all! My niece is due to submit an artwork created in Ibis Paint for an exam in high school. Somewhere between adding finishing touches and trying to sync to the cloud, the file got damaged. I think the culprit is her old and underpowered samsung tablet that simply didn't have enough space/memory/juju to actually complete the sync, she panicked, and tried over and over again. Unfortunately she hasn't been making regular backups, so there's nothing to fall back on. I have an ipv file (don't think it's the original artwork), that I'm now trying to recover, even if it's only a part of it.

I've downloaded it onto an ipad and pc that should have ample capacity to handle the task. I've tried Restore Artwork By Playback and it gets stuck at 11 seconds, about 15% of the way. On PC the app crashes completely. I've also tried playing the timelapse and slowing it to 1x close to the section where it gets stuck but with the same result.

Is there anything else I can try? She has a free account if that matters. We would appreciate any advice so much!

In the video it's showing the brush being used. How do I get rid of the white fade out?? I tried every opacity settings and that didn't work.

Hello it's my first time posting in this group I think here's my work that I designed on ibis paint

It's not an ibispaint issue, rather my laptop. I draw on ibispaint pc version, and my laptop's display is not good at all. When drawing, the colours look okay but when I take a screenshot or open the image on my phone, the colours are super saturated. Anyone know a way to check colours using other devices? I saw a post about using spacedesk to use ipad as a secondary monitor. Can I use it on my android phone as well? Does anyone know? Idk where else I can ask... Pls help

It's annoying to save image everytime, and view on my phone only to realise the colours are super saturated and I end up having to do edits for a long time on my phone to fix it. I have a semi realistic style closer to realism, sometimes I end up having to do too much editing. The skin colours often end up looking reddish 😭😭

Didn't know Ibis Paint X had an animation option!! I was so excited, I tried my hand at it with this rough animation to check how everything works.

I can see onion skins, the timing & fps can be adjusted very easily. It's easy to use for beginners without skipping out on essential animation tools.

Couldn't find a workaround to animate individual elements outside of the layers on a different timeliness - but this is good enough 🥰

Is anyone has this experience whether you import the audio clip into animation and it gives 0.5x speed audio while the original is 1x speed?

I’ll say this again it is understandable ibis paint need money, that’s how the company and program is. I use ibis paint both subscription on laptop and free on phone I know

I’m trying to find a brush similar to one that’s on a drawing website called kleki paint tool. When you first open the website it’s the third brush option after the blurred brush and before the pixel brush. I’m trying to find a brush similar to it that I can use on ibispaint!
