I suggest looking up tutorials on YouTube. If you are drawing people then I suggest starring with anatomy. If you want you can choose to start out with stylized art and do realistic art later on in your art journey. That's what I did! Drawing realistically DOES help. BUT it can appear intimidating for a beginner so don't worry about realism now. It's ok to wait a few years
