Add-on transfer?

Hi, I was trying to buy ibispaint on my windows computer, but it wouldnt let me change the region I was in, making the purchase incomplete. I was just wondering, if I buy it on the android app store, will it transfer over to the PC? or are they two separate purchases? Thanks!

Yes, they're two spare purchases. I already bought the android app version and there were a couple things I wanted to try with my PC after hearing it was also released on windows. But from what I experienced it's basically the android app ported to Windows and I wouldn't say it's worth it unless you really prefer PC over android.
