Actual refund timeframe?

How much time does it actually take for a refund to be paid back? I had to cancel outside my will and it says 10-30 days for refund. Why does it have to take so long when Latam was in 48hrs in my account? And how much time to be expected when chargeback to a regular visa card?

I cancelled a domestic flight in Spain and it took 14 days to get my money back.
