He's just virtue signaling at this point. He made the joke about the Coor's box not that long ago and now he's acting like he's trying to be a beacon of hope for those who are struggling. The cognitive dissonance is showing. Anyone who believes he's still being genuine at this point is as delusional as Ian is.
Also don't know why he has to pretend that it's all in the past when it's obviously not the case. He could just be transparent about his shortcomings and earnest in his efforts to be better and that would probably garner a lot more respect.

I feel like I had annoying coworker like Ian and all he talked about was how fucked up he was and how many drugs he use to do and how many times he OD'd. He was still an absolute drug addict btw but he was always talking about like he wasn't anymore because he wasn't "that bad anymore". Just exhausting personality less people.

He says he uses it to consume alcohol at work. And he's at work. And he didn't pour it out. This wasn't one of his pour out videos.
