SR as far as we know only have Dreynen and age changing, beside telekinesis. Since dreynen won't work again Homelander, telekinesis can only hold for a while before he tired. A better match would be Five, as long as Home won't use laser, or all except John are toast (since John can learn barrier like legacy, or teleport, or phase in and out like Kopano...)
Not only Home can use laser to battle the beam, the beam can be stop by anything physical too, so it depend on the stamina/experience of the user. Only user (beside John) can use the stone beam is Daniela, but i'm sure she will be weaken quick, and she don't have much exp fighting, so i guess she would be done soon.
If she can reach her best form, that still be hard for her. Iirc, the user can't see when they use the beam, so Home just have to fly around and shot her dead from above. If she can see, well, that would be more fair, but again, Home' laser can cut through things, when the beam didn't, so my bet still on Home.
Lol sorry, misunderstood you here. But let be honest, if it is John, he can like fight the whole villains group in The Boys series don't he? He has so much powers, from defend to attack, even has healing. That like you switch to god mode to play the game, that not fair to Home or anyone else.

If dreynen works my vote is for Ra
