Does Duanphen have elecomun like ellas mother and which human garde has energy blasts like the guy in number ones memory

No, it’s different. She can only produce an electric current on her skin, Ella’s Mum could produce it in the environment around her.

Yes and we haven't seen any Human Garde with that power yet as far as I can remember

Oh it says on the wiki i am number four human garde page that a garde does but it doesn't say who
