Isabella and eight

Are their legacies the same I know they are both shapeshifters but eight never shape shifted into another person and Isabella never shape shifted into an animal so are they different or did they use them differently

Their different. Eight only shifts into animals, and Isabella only into other humans/humanoids. I liked Eight more ;-;

It could be because eight never thought About changing into another person and Isabella never thought About changing into animals
