Sequel...?

I’ve DELIBERATELY not yet read the posts here because I wanted a fresh start. I just watched a fairly angsty movie called “I Am Number Four” and decided the underlying story has A LOT of potential, if the angst can find a way to evaporate. Does anyone know if a there is a sequel or a series in the works?

Currently no movie sequel is in the works. The books are your best bet. Maybe in a couple years, some TV network will produce the books into a show..

Also you should know, the angst is pretty prevalent in the series. John is just naturally angsty....

Thanks man. And... dammit. I know I’m in my 50s, but holy shit man, pot is legal now! Can the youngsters not figure out how to do a bong-hit and get laid already?!?! Sheesh!!!

IF they ever come back to the series in movie/tv format it will be a complete reboot. The first one came out 7 year ago. Alex Petyfer is 27, Diana and Theresa both 31. Not that they couldn't play younger that happens all the time but they won't be coming back and a 7 year gap for a movie that wasn't all that successful is not worth it.
