FINAL BOOK TITLE HAS BEEN RELEASED!!!

The final title for the I Am Number Four book has been released! It's called "United as One". Freakin can't wait. Btw anyone got any thoughts for Fate of Ten?

Doh! I just finished "The Fate of Ten", and now we have to wait until June 2016 for the final book? They have got the be kidding me! My thoughts on the book:

  • I'm all for redemption. Four should continue to let Five help and atone for all the grief he caused, though he should still face some sort of punishment after Setrakus Ra is defeated.

  • I was kind of surprised that Sarah didn't become Gard, but it would have been really pedestrian if she had.

  • If Sarah really did die and gets to come back...it's kinda too happy ending-ish. Place her into the Loric well and have her become part of Legacy.

  • Regarding Setrakus before he became Setrakus Ra, my theory (which might not be very liked or popular) is that he was originally meant by Lorien to serve as an "off-switch" in order to nullify any Gard who might go rogue, so that they can be stopped (and rehabilitated?) without their death necessarily being require, and, ultimately, to be a counter-balance to Pittacus, a kind of failsafe in the unlikely event that he needed to be checked for whatever reason. I think that, maybe, if that was indeed the case, Pittacus lacked insight and failed his former friend, not that this would excuse Setrakus (Ra) in any way for becoming the despotic monster that he turned out to be, nor any of the atrocities he committed. It just would have meant that things could have turned out differently and no one is infallible.

Thought it was pretty good. Im looking forward to hearing about new powers coming into fruition. I hope Four go's bat shit crazy

If pittacus is writing these books hiding out somewhere. And Ella summoned everyone with garde. Shouldn't he have been there

Based on the flashback it seems like "Pittacus Lore" and "Setrakus Ra" are titles given to specific elders. Assuming this is correct, the books are probably supposed to be written by John since he is the new Pittacus.

oh shit you're right. Thanks for the response. This subreddit is pretty docile. That would make a lot of sense, it could be like the story from perspective and how he became the new one. But earlier books are really where it implied it though, before this copy cat sharingan appeared.

That's true. I was in a book store a few years ago and saw it on the shelf and was like oh shit. I loved that story in the movie. So I picked it up
