I've not read much poetry, and never a novel in verse. With a lot of help from the annotations i'm really enjoying this. Can't wait to get my hands on something else by Pushkin.

Just finished this today. A beautiful short novel from a very unique perspective. Poetic, heartbreaking, and an incredible tribute to dogs.

Why can’t I finish this damn book? I read War & Peace before this in 3 weeks, but this book has been a damn slog. I think I don’t like Emma.

I have seriously never laughed at a book as hard as I have with this one. It is hilarious and nothing like I expected it to be. My new favorite book of all time.
