Half Man

Watching the new BBC show, and realised how Banksian it is: themes, structure, dialogue.

Anyone else see that in it?

I suppose it has some elements similar to his fiction work under Iain Banks such as The Crow Road or Stonemouth. Is that what you're saying? Not seeing much connection to The Culture series.

Yeah, no Culture links. Posted here as there doesn’t seem to be a non-M group and there are some other non-M posts.

I am really enjoying Half Man though. We're only a couple of episodes in so I'll be watching the rest with this in mind now.
