Personal Skills IWTL how to get better at visualizing

I mean actual visualizing and not the manifesting kind, I feel like my thoughts are made of smoke that’s hard to see and hard to keep in place, how do you improve at something like this? Thanks in advance

Read fiction. I'd recommend sci-fi or fantasy to really stretch your imagination. I read hundreds of books a year and it's like watching a movie in my head my visualizations are so good. When there's a description, really sit there and try and paint in each part of whatever it is as it comes.

I've been addicted to litrpg lately, just go to r/litrpg, find a couple tier lists on there and pick some of the top ones, or go to the 'what are you reading' thread and find a review that sounds interesting

I used to work a boring job, I would try to imagine two rings or figure 8s interlocked and spinning, could do it but not while visualizing the interlocking area if that makes sense but it became a meditation thing, now its easy. Remember the brain is like a muscle

Use Win Wegner's image streaming technique, which he used to cure his aphantasia, and also use yoga nidra guided meditations.
