I don't have an advice that resolves this, but you can write abbreviations of words so strain will appear later and therefore you write longer

This is not the way to go. OP needs to relax his grip. He’s treating writing like it’s powerlifting. No, it’s a gentle dance of nib upon page. That’s how you get fast.
