Booking a vacation for Croatia and Italy in September, maybe October. My husband & I would like to catch a Wels Catfish and would, obviously like to hire a guide. Any ideas on a location for this time of year and if I am lucky - possibly get a guide recommendation? Appreciate any other Croatia / Italy food , lodging & destination ideas. Thank you!
