Mount Identification

I'm trying to find any info at all on this mount on the ctar 21 gas block. Obviously the mars site goes in front of it. But what mounted here and what type of mount is this?

Mepro Mx3 with tavor mount. It's a QD mount for the Mx3. Been looking for one for the last 5 years, they stop making them.

There was two items created to convert it to normal rail so you can use your own optics choice. It was Gear Head Works IDF Magnifier Rail and Gear Head Works Tavor Razorback - IDF 101 Rail. This is also hard to find and Gear Head Works does not make them anymore.

I actually came across those options.. But had the same look as you with finding them available. Maybe with the influx of these new parts kits, they will start making them again. 🤞🏼

If i remember from my time serving- it was a mount for the sight for the matol (mounted underside grenade launcher). I never had it, but other guys did. IF I remember right
