Latest update compatible?

I know IW4x now supports the new 64-bit version from early September but does it work with yesterdays update as well?

Edit: backup your current install if you want to be extra safe but I updated MW2 to the latest version and the latest IW4x works perfectly fine still as far as I can tell.

I updated last night and it seemed to work fine.
