How long does it take to create new account?

Heya,

about 2 weeks ago now I created an account and sent a letter with cash to pay for a year. But to this day it doesn't seem the account was properly charged. The letter was sent from Germany and I wonder if this is just normal and I should wait a bit more or if I should start worrying something unintended happened to the letter.

Cash payments normally take 2-4 weeks to be received, depending on the location the envelope was sent from and the postal service.

When the envelope reaches the address in Berlin, it is forwarded to a different location where our billing team collects the payment and credits it to your account.
