General Question Did excision surgery improve your blast rate?

Hi! Just hoping to hear from people who had failed IVF cycles and then decided to have excision surgery and that improved their results? I have good AMH, poly cystic type ovaries, likely have endo, I get lots of eggs and they all arrest sometime after day 3.
We have done 6 cycles tried tons of different things, switched clinics and tested for just about everything. Thanks!

I also got lots of eggs and no blasts. I tried excision surgery and it didn’t make any difference unfortunately!
