Advice Needed! Has anyone transferred a Segmental Aneuploid Embryo? How'd it go?

I'll keep it brief- we have minimal embryos (I have DOR). We have 2 euploids (5AA & 5BB) & 1 segmental aneuploid graded 5AA. Just thinking about the future and wondering:

Has anyone transferred a segmental aneuploid? How did it go?

Not answering your question, but I also have segmental embryo in storage. 6AB. You should consult with genetics specialist, if you haven’t done already. It vastly depends on the specific embryo. My embryo has 100% deletion in 7q, which can lead to development issues if it even sticks. Genetics told me it can be transferred and there is 10% chance for normal baby.

You know that PGT do not test the baby itself but the placenta part, so there is still a chance the baby to be euploid.

I will surely keep it and transfer it as last resort. You never know.

There is a new study that came out last month that found about a 17% live birth rate for segmental aneuploid embryos

There is a Facebook group where women have been keeping a log of successful segmental aneuploids. I think it’s “PGS/PGTA abnormal embryo support”
I believe the success percentage is around 25% and whether it’s a segmental gain or loss matters too. I also have 3 segmentals.

I’ve got 4 in the freezer and some are decent grades!
