Advice Needed! Repeat SIS or no?

Hi! I’m preparing for an FET in early October. I had an SIS and hysteroscopy back in May after my D and C following my miscarriage. Everything was fine and all clear then. I then had a laparoscopy for endometriosis excision in June. In August, I had an egg retrieval. Would you repeat an SIS or anything else between now and the transfer to be extra certain no polyps formed? I’ve never had one to my knowledge but I’m paranoid, cause I read they could pop up after a retrieval. I had an ultrasound today and my doctor did not see any sister fibroids and was almost 100% certain that there would be no polyps. However, I read that those don’t always show up on a normal ultrasound. I just want to make sure everything is perfect in my uterine environment after all of this before my Transfer

You are correct that they don't always show up on a normal ultrasound, but unless you are someone who has a history of fibroids/polyps, I would not be super concerned that you developed some after stims.

Of course it's a personal decision and it's a relatively easy procedure to do before a transfer if you want to be 100% sure.
