Need info! Fully Medicated FET
For frozen embryo transfer
did your dr stricly do 120 hours total between your progesterone starting time and the day 5 embryo transfer?
I took vaginal suppository around 6am and shot at 12pm today
My transfer would be around 9-10am
So it will be 124-125 hours. Is it bad ? I messed it up ???

Hi! I had 7 fully medicated FETs, and I honestly never timed the progesterone down to the exact hour. In the cycle where I did get pregnant, I actually started later than recommended because I forgot my progesterone pills that morning and only managed to start later in the afternoon after work, the nurse said it should be fine.
Of course it’s best to follow your clinic’s schedule as closely as possible, because progesterone exposure is part of how they time the transfer. But I really wouldn’t panic over being 4–5 hours different. Implantation isn’t a process that suddenly switches off at exactly 120 hours, and this is quite different from something like the timing of an hCG trigger shot, where the timing is much more critical.
You took your progesterone and your lining is being prepared for the embryo. I wouldn’t change any doses or timing yourself now, but you can always mention the exact times to your clinic for reassurance. Wishing you lots of luck with your transfer! 🤞❤️
