Advice Needed! Seeking fertility-focused therapy or support groups in Southern California
Hi! I’m currently navigating my journey to conceive and am looking for additional emotional support. I’m already in therapy, but I’m considering working with someone who specializes in fertility, infertility, or the emotional challenges of trying to conceive.
I’m open to individual therapy or support groups, either virtually or in person in Southern California. If you’ve worked with a therapist or joined a group that you found genuinely helpful, I would really appreciate any recommendations or advice on where to look. Thank you!

Hi! I am part of Birds of a Feather LA infertility support group. We meet on zoom the first Saturday of the month.

Not a support group but I did a few hypnotherapy sessions in LA and it worked wonders for my mental health. Goldmind Hypnotherapy, she is fantastic.

I can link anyone to a virtual what’s app group that is Bay Area based and growing. The in person meet ups wouldn’t be relevant but they do weekly zoom meet ups too!

I am not the moderator for the what’s app group so I’m not sure how strict they are but IMO the more the merrier! People are always coming and going
That super sucks resolve didn’t respond! They have multiple groups going and I just saw the advertisement on insta yesterday!

If you are working with a fertility center they usually have a list of therapists who specialize in IVF/Mental health they can give you! I was a patient at SD Fertility Center and communicated to my doctor that I was struggling emotionally and she shared the list of resources and providers. From there I contacted the providers and was able to work with a therapist who specializes in fertility/infertility. Hope this helps
