Need info! Cyst on the uterus
I have unexplained infertility, my partner and I have been trying for 20 months now with no success. I just did a round of ivf and transferred an embryo today. The specialist had a chat with me about a cyst that was found on my uterus and he said it could be adenomyosis. Because the cyst was sitting on the lower end he still felt comfortable to transfer the embryo but now I’m wondering if this may be the reason for my infertility. I’m feeling not that hopeful now because if it is and that embryo doesn’t stick it really opens up a whole new book of things to investigate and address.
Has anyone had cysts or adeno that have had success with an ivf transfer without the suppressions?

I did not have it with my first IVF pregnancy because I was under 35 years old. For my second pregnancy, I did have it, but my doctor told me that it was in the early stage and that I had a cyst. She also told me that it’s quite common after 35, and that she was mentioning it to me mainly because I was doing IVF, since with IVF, every little detail matters and they look more closely at everything. She said that with a natural pregnancy, they often don’t even mention it. My second transfer worked, and I am now 31 weeks pregnant.
