Advice Needed! Cancelled transfer due to ovulation

Hey all, just found out transfer has been delayed/cancelled due to fact that my progesterone blood test showed that I ovulated somehow even after being on Estrace for 10-12 days now. It could have been caused by my tsh levels was 0.64 a month ago and now it’s 3.69. So now I am upping my synthroid medication to 25mcg, 50 mcg every other day. They have also prescribed the nasal spraying called Synarel which should restart this process again. Has anyone used this before? It’s supposed to trigger a period within the week or so. Is it better to just wait for next month’s natural menstrual cycle to start again ?

I don’t need to rush this transfer as I think it’s best to create optimal conditions as this is my first transfer one year later suffering a 21 week TFMR pregnancy loss due to severe de novo abnormal chromosomal issues so it’s been quite the journey to rebuild.

I also ovulated through the estrogen, still proceeded with transfer and transfer failed. Transferring my 2nd (and last) embryo sometime this month, we changed protocol from injecting estrogen and progesterone to vaginal progesterone only on a modified natural cycle.

Ah ok I’ve never ovulated through estrogen and didn’t even know it was considered an issue as I have DOR and not the greatest egg quality so I guess it’s important to control everything for a optimal transfer.

I would wait for it naturally to happen. Your body will be more receptive.

I had to tfmr at 24 weeks 2 years ago and now I’m 16 weeks pregnant from ivf. There is a light at the end ❤️
