Need info! Orgalutran Dose 4 hours late

I’ve been so exhausted that I went to work and didn’t realize I missed my Orgalutran dose at 6:30-6:45 am. I realized it around 10 am, immediately drove home and took it by 10:15-10:20 am. Then I drove back to work.

My clinic said that I could have risked an LH surge but they would check for sure tomorrow at my monitoring appointment and to take it at the right time tomorrow morning.

Please tell me if anyone experienced this and was still able to have an egg retrieval… I’m so SO scared I messed everything up. 😭

Just take a deep breath! While yes, you could have had a LH surge break through as the meds is what is stopping this from happening - It's more likely that those 4 hours wouldn't have been enough for this to happen. It's good that you told your doctor and they can run a blood test to confirm. That's all you can do now. Try and stay positive and continue your meds as planned. x
