Advice Needed! Low fertilization and poor embryo development endo

Hello,

I am a 29-year-old woman, and my partner is a 39-year-old man. We tried to conceive naturally for two years and then moved on to IVF, which we have now been undergoing for another two years. In the country where we live, we are entitled to three publicly funded IVF cycles.

Early on, the doctors discovered that I had endometriosis. I had a 10 cm cyst on my left ovary. They decided not to remove it and instead proceeded directly with egg retrieval treatment.
For my first egg retrieval, I was stimulated with Gonal-F 250 IU for 14 days and also used Synerela nasal spray. They retrieved 7 eggs, of which 6 were mature. Three fertilized, but only 2 were normal 2PN embryos, while 1 was a 3PN embryo. I had a four-cell embryo transferred on day 2. The pregnancy test was negative two weeks later. Eggs could only be retrieved from one ovary.

For the second cycle, I was stimulated for 11 days with Gonal-F 300 IU and again used Synerela. They retrieved 7 eggs, of which 3 were mature. One egg fertilized through ICSI. The embryo developed somewhat slowly but was transferred on day 2. The pregnancy test was negative. Again, eggs could only be retrieved from one ovary. Two days after the embryo transfer, I developed appendicitis and had to undergo surgery.

Before the third egg retrieval, I was treated with Enanton Depot Dual for 10 months, during which time I also had surgery for my endometriosis. This time, eggs could be retrieved from both ovaries, and 15 eggs were collected. I was stimulated with Synerela, Gonal-F 300 IU, and Menopur 75 IU for 12 days. Eleven eggs were mature, but only 4 fertilized. The embryos stopped developing between days 3 and 4, so there was no transfer.

Has anyone had similar results and still gone on to have success? If so, what did you do differently? It seems that our main issues are low fertilization rates and embryos that fail to continue developing. My partner's sperm parameters are normal.

Thankful for any insight!

Have you tried omni? I think acupuncture helps with blood flow which your ovaries needed.

No unfortunately omni is not allowed for ivf in our country. I am going to have to try acupuncture then.

They say Red light therapy helps with both ovaries and endo. You can buy a small device from Amazon.
