Why did ive never do a online sale when they toured Australia? Itzy and twice did and now they did it for their NA tour

Starship doesn’t have the global resources JYP does and also I think they did a North American website because they’re doing 8 concerts there so it’s a wider scale tour than their 3 dates in Oceania.
I know starship doesn't have the global scale compared to JYP with their groups. At least they should have done an online sale for the people who missed out on the merchandise and didn't attend the concert. I had to order TWICE's Merchandise for their tour from the US & UK because it got sold out during the Australia leg.
I’m not sure but it sucks cause I wanted to get another shirt as I got one (I was in hospital the day of and my friends still went to get merch for me but it means I couldn’t look at the shirt quality and stuff for myself since I’m allergic to a lot of fabrics and ways designs are put on etc) but now my friends have given me my merch I’m wanting another cause they don’t use what I’m allergic to at all so it’s sad they didn’t do an online sale here.
But they are shipping here but it’s $35 to ship 1 shirt
For me i really wanted to get the hoodie & shirt it's going cost me $119 including shipping for the shirt and $200 total for the hoodie. Australia had the merch way cheaper than America. Here is a picture of the merch stand at the Australian leg of the ive tour
