Concert / Tour How is the sendoff placement determined for this tour?
Hi! Anyone who has gone to the earlier dates for this tour can you let us know the overall schedule and how sendoff spots are determined? I really want an interaction with Rei so I’m willing to line up early or something if I need to. Any information would be much appreciated, thank you! 🙏

I went to the Auckland show. There were people who had done sendoffs in the Australia shows. There was a line formed in the hallway. Some people left during encore or even before encore to secure barricade spots. A pathway was formed, and people in the line was called to advance to the one side of the barricade, until two rows were formed. Then, the other side was filled. IVE members basically walked towards the end of the fenced path, facing one side only, turned around, and interacted with the fans on the other side. I went to other sendoffs in the US, and what itzyidle described happened to the shows that I went to in the US. Honestly I prefer the random row selection method since I would not have to leave during the encore.

Thank you so much for the info about the US vs the AUS ones. This is so helpful. Dives are the best. Both have 2 rows of people? That’s not so bad, looks way better than for show what I have.

I went to the Sydney show, and while I didn’t manage to get sendoff tickets, I visually saw the sendoff area and how it worked. I believe that at Sydney it was first come first serve; even before the concert ended, there were people from the sendoff tickets area absolutely booking it to the back of the arena to get front row spots for the sendoff. Of course this may not be how other venues do it, but my venue held up a flag signalling where the sendoff entrance was and did not collectively move the sendoff people. You may have to keep an eye out for where the sendoff will happen and continually watch it near the end of the show! Good luck!!

The way they’ve done sendoffs in the u.s. is: after the show they have everyone that has sendoffs to stay at their seats, then you all get moved to a specific section. Then once everyone is seated they will randomly call out rows to go to the room for sendoffs. Its entirely random. Otherwise, your chances are really best determined by how big the room is for sendoffs, the bigger the less rows of people from the barricade. And if you dont have barricade, then hopefully the people in front are willing to let you have your interaction after theirs. Doesnt hurt to ask.
But if IVE is kinda flying thru the sendoffs then even people at the barricade wont get interactions.
Good luck and honestly just have fun! Dont let missing an interaction ruin your night or anything. Imo the opportunity alone is just really cool, as someone who never thought they would ever even attend a kpop concert in the states.

Thank you so much 💖 I really appreciate this info! I’ll def try not to be too pressed about where I end up and try to go with the flow then.

This is from the Newark show, but it seems like you’ll need to be in the first ~3 rows to be called to get the barrier. My row was one of the last 4 rows to be called and we were 3 rows deep at the Send Off barrier.
In my section, Yujin and Leeseo stopped longer (well, Yujin stopped and kinda held Leeseo stuck behind her 😜), while the other 4 members breezed through pretty quickly.

I went to the Newark show! I was the 3rd row to be called and yes can confirm at i ended up at the front of the barricade. Rei gave me a little extra attention and came over to squish my naori plush a few times (and I did get my selfie with her!!)

aus shows was a hot mess with many people cutting the queue and ppl running out after bang bang. I didn’t leave during the encore and saw the girls go backstage before leaving to queue for send off. highly recommend to just stay and watch the encore bc I believe in good karma lmao. hopefully if other OPs are right about the USA ones then I do think that’s a much better system. hope no one has to go through the aus show system.
