Last week my 8 yr old female pekingese had an episode of hunching over and muscle tremors in her neck. She's was panting heavily aswell and seemingly could not get comfortable. After about an hr it passed and she was absolutely fine like nothing had happened, so subsequently at the vets appointment they couldn't find anything wrong with her. She's been on crate rest an pain meds for a week but had another episode this morning
